About the Company
Muthoot Finance Ltd, headquartered in Bangalore, is seeking talented HR professionals to join their expanding Talent Acquisition team to support recruitment across multiple Indian cities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source candidates via multiple channels including campus drives, job fairs, employee referrals, and lateral hiring to meet recruitment goals.
- Conduct thorough screening of applicants to ensure fitment with open roles and arrange interviews with hiring managers.
- Negotiate offers to maximize acceptance rates and achieve high offer-to-joining conversions.
- Strategically map and engage competitor talent to bolster recruitment efforts.
- Maintain regional employee attrition rates below 5% by implementing retention initiatives and conducting exit interviews for insights.
- Ensure timely completion and monitoring of employee performance evaluations.
- Manage daily HR operations at the regional level including attendance, grievance resolution, and employee transfers following promotions.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities to promote positive workplace culture and gather ongoing feedback aligning with organizational objectives.
- Update and maintain competitor data for strategic HR planning and assist in rolling out company-wide HR initiatives regionally.
Qualifications and Experience
- Any graduate degree required; postgraduate qualifications or HR-related certifications are advantageous.
- Minimum 2 to 6 years of professional experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and recruitment within BFSI or sales sectors preferred.
- Strong proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
Compensation
A competitive salary package is offered, based on experience and role:
- HR Executive roles offer a salary up to 500000 INR annually.
- Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition roles offer up to 1000000 INR annually.
Locations
Hiring is open for multiple cities across India including Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune, and various others.
