Role Overview
Take charge of and enhance the talent acquisition process within a growing manufacturing company by collaborating with executive leadership to design effective hiring strategies, attract top talent, and develop high-performing teams that align with long-term growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete talent acquisition lifecycle, from workforce planning to onboarding new employees.
- Collaborate with executives and departmental heads to create recruitment strategies that support overall business goals.
- Develop and sustain talent pipelines for critical and challenging-to-fill roles across technical, operational, and corporate sectors.
- Source both active and passive candidates using innovative sourcing methods and professional networking.
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on interviewing techniques, candidate evaluation, labor market trends, and best hiring practices.
- Promote a positive candidate experience that embodies the company culture and values.
- Analyze recruitment data to enhance hire quality, shorten time-to-fill, and improve internal recruitment capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recruiting standards throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Have at least 10 years of progressive experience in corporate recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting within manufacturing, engineered product sectors, or comparable industrial settings.
- Excellent ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and assess candidates accurately.
- Proficient in using modern recruiting software, applicant tracking systems, and candidate sourcing tools.
- Highly organized and self-motivated professional comfortable operating in a dynamic, teamwork-driven environment.
