About the Role

The People, Performance and Culture team at KPMG is dedicated to fostering an exceptional work environment by implementing leading practices that attract, recruit, develop, and retain top talent. This team handles various critical functions including recruitment, manpower planning, talent management, compensation, benefits, and employee development.

As a Talent Acquisition Executive within the Experienced Hire Talent Acquisition team, you will be pivotal in sourcing exceptional candidates, cultivating talent pipelines that prepare KPMG for the future, and enhancing the candidate journey to support the firm's expansion goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle across diverse business areas, managing everything from candidate sourcing and evaluation to extending job offers.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to grasp talent requirements and devise targeted hiring plans.
  • Proactively develop and sustain talent pools through sourcing, mapping, networking, and conducting market analysis.
  • Utilize diverse sourcing channels and innovative recruiting methods to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
  • Provide market and talent insights to hiring managers to aid effective hiring decisions.
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with hiring managers, applicants, and stakeholders to facilitate successful recruitment and deliver a positive hiring experience.
  • Assist with employer branding efforts, recruitment campaigns, and activities to engage talent.
  • Participate in initiatives to improve recruitment processes and adopt new technologies including AI-enabled recruitment tools.

Candidate Profile

  • Possess 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related areas; background in professional services or consulting is advantageous.
  • Demonstrate genuine enthusiasm for talent acquisition and attracting skilled professionals.
  • Show resourcefulness, proactivity, and a strong eagerness to learn.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build relationships and effectively engage stakeholders.
  • Apply sound judgment and critical thinking in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Display curiosity and willingness to embrace new technologies, including AI recruitment tools, to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Comfortable learning and utilizing technology to boost productivity and sourcing efficiency.
  • Effectively manage multiple priorities with thorough attention to detail and ownership.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other applicant tracking systems is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
