Overview
We seek a meticulous and proactive Human Resources Executive to support our HR department's daily functions. The role encompasses various aspects of the employee life cycle such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, attendance tracking, and adherence to UAE Labour Law. Strong communication and organizational skills are crucial to succeed in this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening candidates, arranging interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers
- Draft offer letters, employment agreements, and all onboarding paperwork
- Oversee onboarding processes ensuring a seamless experience for new hires
- Maintain detailed recruitment and candidate records
- Keep employee files and HR databases accurate and current
- Administer attendance, leave, and employee documentation utilizing HRMS
- Prepare a variety of HR letters such as salary certificates, No Objection Certificates, experience letters, and employment verification letters
- Be the primary contact for employee queries regarding HR matters, supporting engagement, wellness programs, and company events
- Assist in addressing employee concerns confidentially and professionally
- Coordinate probation evaluations and performance appraisal activities
- Monitor employee confirmation and contract renewal processes
- Support managers in performance management implementations
- Compile monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leave, overtime, deductions) and coordinate with Finance for payroll processing
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal HR policies
- Assist with visa processing, employee insurance, and other statutory obligations
- Generate HR reports related to recruitment, headcount, attendance, turnover rates, and leave balances
- Track HR key performance indicators and share insights with management
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant discipline
- 2 to 4 years of human resources experience, preferably within the UAE
- Thorough understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
- Experience with HR management systems, with Zoho People knowledge being a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and solve problems effectively
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in UAE corporate services or business setup sectors is advantageous
- Candidates who can join immediately or have minimal notice period will be favored
