About The Role
In the position of Sunday Supervisor, you will assist the Shop Manager in enhancing profits and raising funds through the sale of preloved goods, ensuring high-quality shop standards and excellent customer service. These funds are crucial in sustaining Mind's essential mental health services supporting one in four individuals who face mental health challenges in their lifetime. We are a passionate, dedicated team striving to improve mental health outcomes.
During the Shop Manager's absence, you will take full charge of the shop's performance, leading and motivating a committed team of volunteers. Your leadership will foster positive transformation within your local community by cultivating a welcoming, inclusive environment for employees, volunteers, and shoppers alike.
