Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to lead secondary school classrooms without the responsibilities of lesson planning or marking. This full-time, flexible position operates during term time and offers a true work-life balance with no after-school commitments.

Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver prescribed lesson plans across various subjects for Key Stages 3 and 4 to keep students focused and involved.
- Maintain a safe, calm, and productive classroom environment through effective leadership.
- Provide concise feedback to teaching departments regarding student conduct and progress during sessions.
- Serve as a professional role model upholding school values and safeguarding standards consistently.
Candidate Profile
- Possess confidence and presence to effectively manage groups of up to 30 students.
- Adapt readily between diverse subjects with a positive and flexible approach.
- Demonstrate resilience and professionalism when facing challenges.
- Hold or be willing to obtain an enhanced DBS check and a firm commitment to safeguarding.
