Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver prescribed lesson plans across various subjects for Key Stages 3 and 4 to keep students focused and involved.
• Maintain a safe, calm, and productive classroom environment through effective leadership.
• Provide concise feedback to teaching departments regarding student conduct and progress during sessions.
• Serve as a professional role model upholding school values and safeguarding standards consistently.

Candidate Profile

• Possess confidence and presence to effectively manage groups of up to 30 students.
• Adapt readily between diverse subjects with a positive and flexible approach.
• Demonstrate resilience and professionalism when facing challenges.
• Hold or be willing to obtain an enhanced DBS check and a firm commitment to safeguarding.

• Work Schedule: Term time only with flexible hours during school days.
• Salary: £90 to £120 per day, paid weekly on Fridays via Randstad.
