About the Role
Korpercare LLP invites compassionate and dedicated ANM/GNM qualified nurses to join their healthcare team located at Kharadi, Pune. The position involves delivering high-quality patient care and supporting medical professionals to ensure seamless healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide fundamental nursing care and consistently monitor patient health status.
- Document and keep accurate records of patient vital signs and medical information.
- Assist physicians during medical consultations and various procedures.
- Administer prescribed medications and injections safely.
- Perform wound dressing and other basic clinical interventions.
- Maintain hygiene and enforce infection control protocols.
- Educate patients and their caretakers regarding their treatment plans and necessary follow-up care.
- Keep comprehensive nursing documentation up to date.
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare team members to guarantee quality patient care.
Candidate Eligibility
- Must possess ANM or GNM certification (mandatory).
- Open to freshers as well as candidates with 1 to 2 years of clinical experience, with preference given to experienced applicants.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Applicants should demonstrate compassion, responsibility, and a patient-centered approach.
Employment Details
- Monthly salary ranges from ₹12,000 to ₹15,000.
- Immediate joining at the Kharadi, Pune location is expected.
