Staff Nurse (ANM/GNM)

About the Role

Korpercare LLP invites compassionate and dedicated ANM/GNM qualified nurses to join their healthcare team located at Kharadi, Pune. The position involves delivering high-quality patient care and supporting medical professionals to ensure seamless healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide fundamental nursing care and consistently monitor patient health status.
• Document and keep accurate records of patient vital signs and medical information.
• Assist physicians during medical consultations and various procedures.
• Administer prescribed medications and injections safely.
• Perform wound dressing and other basic clinical interventions.
• Maintain hygiene and enforce infection control protocols.
• Educate patients and their caretakers regarding their treatment plans and necessary follow-up care.
• Keep comprehensive nursing documentation up to date.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare team members to guarantee quality patient care.

Candidate Eligibility

• Must possess ANM or GNM certification (mandatory).
• Open to freshers as well as candidates with 1 to 2 years of clinical experience, with preference given to experienced applicants.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Applicants should demonstrate compassion, responsibility, and a patient-centered approach.

Employment Details

• Monthly salary ranges from ₹12,000 to ₹15,000.
• Immediate joining at the Kharadi, Pune location is expected.
