Role Overview

This position leads regional sales performance for the assigned geography, with accountability for both primary and secondary sales. The role requires driving business targets, strengthening customer relationships, developing the team, and ensuring disciplined execution of company plans across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver product-wise and value-wise sales outcomes on a monthly and annual basis for the assigned region across primary and secondary sales.

  • Handle team attrition proactively and work to retain key talent within the region.
