Role Overview

The Site Engineer position involves contributing to the efficient delivery of varied projects in sectors including Residential, Education, Health, and Community services located in Sydney.

Key Duties

• Assist Project and Site Management teams with coordinating activities and managing subcontractors to ensure projects are completed punctually and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with project engineers to address and resolve design-related issues, providing technical input throughout design and construction phases.
• Support the creation and maintenance of detailed project schedules facilitating effective program management.
• Participate in on-site activities related to quality assurance and environmental control, ensuring compliance and regularly updating Project Engineers on progress.
• Promote and uphold health and safety practices to guarantee all work aligns with relevant safety regulations and industry norms.

Candidate Profile

• Possess relevant building qualifications and tertiary education.
• Demonstrated experience working on medium to large-scale building projects encompassing structure development through to finishing works.
• Strong technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, initiative-driven approach, and ability to collaborate effectively.
• Dedicated to promoting and maintaining high standards of health and safety on site.
