About the Role
We are inviting applications for the position of Site Administrator to support our team working on a new civil infrastructure development near Dundalk. This role offers the chance to join a dynamic and expanding company with promising long-term prospects throughout the North East region.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee front-of-house operations and general administrative duties within the site office.
- Handle invoice evaluation and processing, addressing any inconsistencies promptly.
- Perform month-end reconciliation of materials and maintain comprehensive documentation related to the project.
- Organize document control systems to keep all project paperwork accurate and up to date.
- Assist with project oversight, financial tracking, and cost management efforts.
- Provide daily administrative support to both the commercial team and site management personnel.
- Ensure adherence to company standards and documentation protocols.
- Identify and implement improvements to administrative workflows and undertake additional tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Between two and six years of experience in comparable administrative roles.
- Prior work experience in construction or site administration environments.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel along with proficiency in other Microsoft Office programs.
- Exceptional attention to detail coupled with strong organizational abilities.
- Effective communication skills for professional interaction with team members, vendors, and the public.
- Capability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced project setting.
