About the Role

Zensho Singapore is hiring service crew members for Sukiya at Hougang 1. The business is looking to open in March 2024. No prior work experience is required, as training will be provided. This opportunity is open to Singaporeans only.

Pay and Employment Details

Part-time pay is up to $14.00 per hour, with public holidays paid at 2x, going up to $28.00 per hour. Full-time pay can reach up to $2,600.00 per month, based on a 5-day work week and includes full-shift allowances.

What the Job Involves

The role covers both service and kitchen support duties. On the service side, tasks include taking customer orders, handling cashier duties, consolidating daily sales, serving food and drinks, and answering reservation phone calls. The job also requires delivering excellent customer service, handling customer feedback professionally, maintaining a polished personal presentation and hygiene, following company SOPs, and keeping work areas clean and sanitary. Additional duties include helping with food and drink preparation, opening and closing routines, and other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Kitchen responsibilities include preparing and cooking food in line with SOPs, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, keeping the kitchen clean and safe, cleaning preparation areas and kitchen equipment, and supporting other ad hoc tasks as needed.
