Abdulla Al Masaood and Sons Group is hiring a Service Advisor for its Harley-Davidson motorcycle division in Dubai. This onsite position is focused on providing a premium, straightforward, and efficient service journey for customers, while also supporting workshop flow and helping the service team meet revenue goals. The role calls for strong customer handling, clear communication, and a commitment to maintaining the brand’s high standards in a competitive market.
Key responsibilities
- Greet riders professionally and in a manner that reflects the brand.
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and document service needs accurately.
- Prepare transparent estimates covering parts, labor, and expected turnaround times in AED.
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process by phone and WhatsApp.
- Hand over motorcycles with a clear explanation of the work completed.
- Create and manage job cards through DMS systems.
- Organize workshop workload based on technician skills and available capacity.
- Coordinate daily with the foreman or master technician to confirm diagnostics and timelines.
- Help ensure promised delivery dates are consistently met.
- Recommend maintenance packages, wear-and-tear items, and genuine parts where suitable.
- Support seasonal service campaigns such as summer and winter checks, and riding-season preparation.
- Contribute to monthly service revenue targets.
- Read diagnostic findings and explain them in simple, customer-friendly language.
- Apply manufacturer warranty rules correctly and support documentation for claims and audits.
- Address complaints calmly and professionally, especially when dealing with high-expectation customers.
- Work to maintain strong CSI results and positive Google review ratings.
- Follow up after service visits to strengthen customer relationships and retention.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a service advisor in the automotive or motorcycle sector.
- Experience with premium or luxury brands is preferred, ideally in the UAE.
- Strong English communication skills are required; Arabic is a major advantage.
- Confident customer service skills for working with premium clients.
- Good technical knowledge of motorcycles, especially cruisers or touring models.
- Experience using DMS or job-card systems and coordinating workshop activity.
- Valid UAE driving license is required; a motorcycle license is an added benefit.
- A sales-oriented approach with the ability to upsell in a considerate way.
- Prior exposure to motorcycle aftersales or service campaigns is preferred.
- Ability to stay effective in a busy, high-pressure environment.
