About the Role
Join Sun Pharma as a Senior Officer or Executive in Human Resources Operations, based in Vadodara. As part of the Global Human Resources business unit, this position falls under job grade G12B/G12A. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire onboarding and induction process to integrate new employees effectively.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle from joining to exit, ensuring a smooth employee journey.
- Deliver day-to-day HR operational support including documentation, implementing policies, and ensuring compliance.
- Facilitate and assist in Performance Management System (PMS) cycles to support employee evaluation.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to execute strategic HR initiatives with effective communication and policy enforcement.
- Maintain and update Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), preferably with knowledge of SuccessFactors.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Possess an MBA in Human Resources or an equivalent MHRM degree.
- Have 1 to 3 years of relevant HR experience suited for this role.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to manage employee relations effectively.
- Proficient with Excel and experienced with HRIS tools.
