Key Responsibilities

• Ensure warehouse operations comply with CQA good warehouse practices standards.
• Maintain timely Goods Receipt Note (GRN) processing and Putaway Turnaround Time (TAT) to prevent delays and improve productivity.
• Facilitate timely dispatch of delivery orders for both short-supply and regular inventory following company timelines.
• Observe and coach warehouse associates to maximize their performance output.
• Manage inventory accuracy at 100% through precise GRN entries, correct dispatch procedures, and routine stock cycle counts.
• Implement 5S methodology within the warehouse to optimize team efficiency.
• Align warehouse activities with Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) systems to ensure consistency between system records and physical stock.
• Coordinate with Transportation Management System (TMS) using Pando for punctual dispatches.
• Adhere to corporate quality audit standards and prepare for unannounced audits effectively.
• Work closely with housekeeping to maintain high standards of hygiene throughout the warehouse.

Job Requirements

• Educational qualification: Graduate or higher degree.
• Minimum of 5 years’ operational experience in supply chain or warehouse management.
