The Innovation & Transformation team within the Smart Nation Group - Digital Government leads the advancement of digital capabilities across Singapore's Government workforce. Operating in a dynamic and impactful environment, the team drives digital evolution in the public sector through strategic initiatives.

Role Responsibilities

As Senior Manager, you will spearhead the design and execution of digital learning projects and oversee broader transformational agendas. Your duties include leading learning programme development, assessing training effectiveness, and facilitating government-wide digital upskilling efforts. You will recommend and implement enhancements to training strategies and operational workflows that measurably increase digital literacy and efficiency while closing workforce skills gaps.

• Lead projects independently to deliver measurable benefits above existing baselines.
• Propose and drive process enhancements that save time and costs and improve skill utilization.
• Manage projects with minimal supervision, especially those with clear objectives and aligned stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Educational background in relevant disciplines such as Engineering, Management, Computer Science, Business, or Economics.
• Demonstrated experience in project management, workforce development or similar areas.
• Strong enthusiasm for technology and innovation.
• Prior experience working within government agencies is an advantage.
