Job Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow ITOM solutions customized to business needs.
  • Implement and maintain modules including CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Discovery, and Operational Visibility.
  • Create and modify ServiceNow applications adhering to platform best practices.
  • Configure MID Servers and resolve issues related to Discovery processes.
  • Develop and sustain integrations via REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and Web Services.
  • Develop Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and automate workflows using Flow Designer.
  • Support governance for CMDB and enhance data quality standards.
  • Generate customized reports, dashboards, and performance analytics as required.
  • Collaborate with architects and business analysts for solution design and deployment.
  • Perform unit tests, conduct peer reviews, and assist in deployment activities.
  • Resolve platform, integration, and ITOM challenges promptly.
  • Document technical designs and development standards comprehensively.
  • Administer ServiceNow ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
  • Manage MID server configuration and troubleshoot discovery-related issues effectively.
  • Maintain CMDB health by ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Implement and manage integrations with monitoring tools like Dynatrace and SolarWinds.
  • Monitor and optimize event rules, alert correlation mechanisms, and automation workflows.
  • Support platform upgrades and patching processes.
  • Develop performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Control user access including roles, ACLs, and security policies.
  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 platform support and troubleshooting.
