Job Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow ITOM solutions customized to business needs.
- Implement and maintain modules including CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Discovery, and Operational Visibility.
- Create and modify ServiceNow applications adhering to platform best practices.
- Configure MID Servers and resolve issues related to Discovery processes.
- Develop and sustain integrations via REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and Web Services.
- Develop Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and automate workflows using Flow Designer.
- Support governance for CMDB and enhance data quality standards.
- Generate customized reports, dashboards, and performance analytics as required.
- Collaborate with architects and business analysts for solution design and deployment.
- Perform unit tests, conduct peer reviews, and assist in deployment activities.
- Resolve platform, integration, and ITOM challenges promptly.
- Document technical designs and development standards comprehensively.
- Administer ServiceNow ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
- Manage MID server configuration and troubleshoot discovery-related issues effectively.
- Maintain CMDB health by ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
- Implement and manage integrations with monitoring tools like Dynatrace and SolarWinds.
- Monitor and optimize event rules, alert correlation mechanisms, and automation workflows.
- Support platform upgrades and patching processes.
- Develop performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Control user access including roles, ACLs, and security policies.
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 platform support and troubleshooting.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must hold a B.Tech or B.E. degree in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE).
