About the Role
AllSTEM Connections is seeking a strategic and innovative Talent Acquisition Advisor for a leading digital product organization. This role is crucial for driving talent strategy, enhancing employer branding, and securing top talent that aligns with business objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies that support organizational goals.
- Provide valuable market intelligence, including talent insights, competitor analysis, and employer branding recommendations.
- Collaborate with business leaders to facilitate workforce growth and meet hiring demands.
- Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
- Lead and support teams in implementing modern recruitment and staffing initiatives.
- Influence hiring decisions through expertise in behavioral interviewing and related training.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and talent market dynamics.
- Achieve results in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment setting.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a closely related field is necessary.
- Demonstrated strong experience with direct sourcing strategies.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools, databases, and established best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for highly skilled or senior-level positions is advantageous.
- Familiarity with recruitment marketing strategies is a plus.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic hiring plans.
- Experience utilizing tools such as Workday, HiredScore, and Visier.
Additional Information
- This is a contract role with an hourly pay rate of $51.16 (W2).
- The contract is scheduled to end on January 8, 2027.
- The role follows a hybrid work schedule.
- The work location is West Point, PA - 19486.
