Role overview
The company is seeking a Secretary to support the COO while also handling front desk duties at the head office in the United Arab Emirates.
Key duties
- Keep calendars up to date and coordinate meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming correspondence by reviewing, sorting, and directing it appropriately, while gathering information and initiating calls as needed.
- Welcome visitors in person or by phone, answer questions, and redirect enquiries when required.
- Safeguard sensitive business and client information by maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Track office consumables, monitor stock levels, order supplies in advance, follow up on purchases, and confirm deliveries.
- Support the wider team by completing related tasks and contributing wherever needed.

Skills and software
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, with particular emphasis on Excel.
