Pure Fragrances Asia is seeking a dedicated Sales & Marketing Executive to contribute towards achieving sales targets, expanding the customer base, and strengthening market presence in Chandigarh. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business relationships, and managing customer accounts effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attain monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals to enhance revenue and profitability within designated territories.
  • Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with distributors, dealers, wholesalers, and direct customers to grow the client portfolio.

  • Organize and execute marketing initiatives including online/offline campaigns, product launches, exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events.
  • Generate and follow up on qualified leads via field visits, digital platforms, referrals, and events to maximize conversion rates.
  • Prepare detailed sales forecasts and reports including Daily Sales Reports (DSR), Monthly Sales Reports (MSR), and provide market feedback regularly.
  • Ensure prompt collection of payments and manage outstanding receivables while coordinating with accounting teams to resolve financial issues.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate clients, promote new products, and encourage product penetration.
  • Address customer complaints efficiently and liaise with internal teams to maintain high customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Collaborate across departments such as production, dispatch, accounts, purchase, and customer support to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
  • Plan and maximize territory coverage through strategic customer visits and distributor appointments where necessary.
  • Maintain accurate CRM/customer database records, visit reports, quotations, enquiries, and order statuses for proper documentation and sales tracking.
