Job Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with Branch Banking, Private Banking, and Wealth teams at multiple organizational levels, from senior management to middle management.
- Formulate and implement sales strategies to meet volume, Share of Holdings (SOH), and market share objectives.
- Handle existing loan portfolios ensuring high customer retention rates.
- Drive growth by acquiring new clients for the Loan Against Shares product.
- Conduct training and development sessions for Branch, Private, Wealth teams and external channel partners.
- Oversee end-to-end processing of loan cases, providing regular updates to customers and sourcing channels.
- Recruit and train Direct Officers (DOs) to strengthen the sales force.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal departments such as Credit, Legal, Technical, Risk Control Unit (RCU), and Operations.
- Ensure full compliance with banking audits, statutory guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in sales roles.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills to sustain and grow client relationships.
- Strong influencing capabilities to effectively drive business through both internal teams and external partners.
- Familiarity with banking products is advantageous.
