About the company

This role is with a FinTech SaaS business that helps companies streamline accounting work through intelligent pre-accounting tools connected with Tally ERP.

Role overview

The Sales Enablement Executive will build the learning and support structure that helps the sales team perform better. The position focuses on onboarding, product and process training, demo readiness, quality review, coaching, and the creation of sales enablement materials.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and run onboarding and sales training sessions for the team.
  • Deliver training on the product, sales workflow, CRM usage, and demo execution.
  • Listen to and review sales conversations and presentations to check quality and adherence to standards.
  • Guide sales representatives to strengthen performance and improve conversion outcomes.
  • Prepare and update sales playbooks, SOPs, demo scripts, FAQs, and other training resources.
  • Measure the impact of training through QA scores, certification progress, and sales KPI performance.
  • Work closely with teams across Sales, Product, Customer Success, Support, and HR to keep enablement aligned.

Preferred profile

  • Prior exposure to Tally ERP or other accounting software is preferred.
  • Familiarity with consultative selling approaches such as SPIN or Challenger selling will be an advantage.
  • Experience creating LMS content or holding a sales training certification will be considered a plus.

Compensation

The offered pay is INR 3,50,000 to INR 4,75,000 per year.
