Become a critical part of GlassDollar as a Sales Development Representative, owning the initial stages of the sales funnel. Collaborate with leadership to craft and implement effective strategies that transform cold outreach into meaningful conversations by identifying ideal accounts, executing multi-channel campaigns, managing events, and securing meetings that advance the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify relevant contacts and target accounts through various channels using current prospecting methods.
  • Develop and oversee outbound campaigns utilizing email, LinkedIn, and phone calls.

  • Generate and qualify B2B leads for GlassDollar’s platform and services.
  • Arrange meetings for the sales team and participate in discovery calls.
  • Assess prospective customers’ needs, pain points, and interest levels.
  • Ensure prospects are thoroughly qualified before passing them to sales.
