Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere for visitors.
• Assist customers in placing bets using multiple platforms including betting terminals, telephone, and in-store transactions.
• Promote Paddy Power's online and retail betting products and services to customers, including communicating promotional offers.
• Maintain an excellent shop presentation to ensure an inviting environment.
• Take charge and manage shop operations efficiently in the absence of management and deputy managers.
• Adapt to diverse situations while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Comply with social responsibility policies and legal guidelines related to betting operations.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting salary of €14.40 per hour with a pay increase after 12 months.
