Key Responsibilities

• Take charge of shop operations and lead the team confidently in the Shop Manager's absence.
• Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction by collecting feedback, nurturing lasting customer relationships both in-store and via phone interactions.
• Use shop key performance indicators (KPIs) proactively to identify growth opportunities and support the Shop Manager in cultivating a top-tier betting shop environment.
• Ensure strict adherence to social responsibility policies and all operational and cash handling procedures within the shop.
• Promote open communication by encouraging colleagues to contribute ideas for improving efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead by example in maintaining high standards for shop presentation and inspire your team to uphold these standards.
