Role Overview
This position is for a Restaurant Manager based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The role is focused on running day-to-day restaurant operations, leading the team, keeping service and food standards consistent, and ensuring sales, billing, stock, and hygiene processes are managed properly.
Team Leadership
- Recruit and onboard staff as needed for restaurant operations.
- Provide training to new and existing team members.
- Create and manage staff duty rosters.
- Monitor team output and overall performance.
- Resolve workplace conflicts and maintain discipline.
Food Quality and Customer Service
- Ensure food quality and taste remain consistent at all times.
- Implement and maintain SOPs and brand standards.
- Address customer complaints and service concerns professionally.
- Support upselling efforts to improve average billing.
- Plan and execute offers and promotional activities.
- Review daily sales performance and store progress.
Stock, Kitchen, and Compliance
- Track inventory and manage raw material stock.
- Reduce wastage through careful operational control.
- Maintain cleanliness across the kitchen area.
- Ensure food safety rules and hygiene standards are followed.
Cash, Billing, and Reporting
- Operate the POS system for billing and transaction handling.
- Oversee all payment modes including cash, UPI, and card.
- Carry out daily cash reconciliation.
- Prepare and share reports with head office.
