Overview
The position of Relationship Officer involves engaging directly with customers to explain and promote home loan products, facilitating loan processes to help expand the company's market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular field visits to meet potential and existing customers, providing detailed information about various loan offerings.
- Strive consistently to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth of the business.
- Develop and sustain strong customer relationships through frequent interactions and timely follow-ups to encourage repeat business.
- Identify new customer prospects and encourage satisfied clients to refer others who may require home loans.
- Collaborate closely with the credit team to ensure seamless processing and timely disbursal of loan applications.
- Maintain high standards of credit quality to mitigate risks.
- Onboard and nurture new channel partners to strengthen distribution networks.
- Prospect and add new housing projects (Authorized Partner Firms) and agents to increase inflow of loan applications.
