About the Role
As a Recruiter in our Staff Leasing division, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process to meet client staffing requirements with high standards of service quality. Your focus will be on understanding client needs, attracting qualified candidates, and maintaining strong professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Sales teams and Clients to deeply understand recruitment demands.
- Engage in job briefing sessions and offer insightful recommendations to enhance recruitment outcomes.
- Craft and advertise job postings tailored to specific role necessities.
- Perform comprehensive candidate searches to identify suitable prospects.
- Conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural compatibility.
- Provide recruitment support to other regions when needed.
- Develop and sustain trust-based relationships with existing clients.
- Customize recruitment solutions to adapt to clients’ changing needs and expectations.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and adjust recruitment tactics accordingly.
Required Skills and Experience
- Prior experience managing recruitment processes, ideally within a staffing agency environment.
- Familiarity with temporary staffing (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung) and direct hire recruitment in the German job market.
- Excellent communication abilities for effective interaction with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues.
- Fluent native-level German and minimum B2 level English proficiency.
- Strong relationship-building skills with candidates and stakeholders.
- Good negotiation capabilities to discuss offers and terms with candidates.
- Organizational expertise to juggle multiple candidates, interviewer schedules, and various tasks.
- A solid understanding of the recruitment roles, including the necessary skills and experiences.
Compensation and Locations
This position is available in several countries, with base salaries varying by region. For roles within the European Union, starting salaries include:
- Germany: 55000 EUR per year
- Greece: 47000 EUR per year
