About the Role

We are searching for enthusiastic and driven freshers to join our HR department as HR Recruiters focused on volume hiring. This position involves sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and supporting the overall recruitment process in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates through various platforms including job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Managing bulk hiring across multiple roles efficiently.
• Screening applicants to assess their suitability against job requirements.
• Conducting telephonic initial interviews and providing detailed job information.
• Scheduling and organizing interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintaining communication and follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruiting cycle.
• Keeping accurate candidate records and regularly updating recruitment tracking systems.
• Meeting daily and weekly recruitment targets.
• Ensuring candidates have a positive recruitment experience through timely communications.

Requirements

• Open to freshers with zero to one year of experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence when interacting with candidates via phone.
• Motivation to meet recruitment targets consistently.
• Effective follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Basic familiarity with MS Office and Excel is advantageous.
• Availability for immediate joining is preferred.
