About the Role
We are seeking motivated and customer-oriented individuals for the role of Customer Support Executive in a voice-based process. This position is ideal for both fresh graduates and experienced professionals aiming to advance their careers in customer service.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and/or outbound calls with professionalism.
- Address customer inquiries and provide precise information.
- Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained at a high level.
- Record customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Achieve targets related to quality, productivity, and service standards.
- Adhere strictly to company policies and operational procedures.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be a graduate or undergraduate as per process requirements.
- Strong English verbal communication skills.
- Good problem-solving capabilities and interpersonal skills.
- Open to freshers as well as applicants with prior experience.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts if necessary.
