Role Summary
This full-time, on-site position in Riyadh is centered on front desk operations and guest support. The receptionist will greet visitors, coordinate arrivals and departures, respond to questions in a polite and professional way, and keep the reception area running smoothly.
Key Duties
- Welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures.
- Answer incoming calls and route them appropriately.
- Handle room reservations and related booking tasks.
- Work with housekeeping and other departments to support smooth operations.
- Keep the front desk area neat, organized, and ready for guests.
- Process payments accurately and maintain guest records.
- Respond to guest concerns and help resolve issues courteously.
- Assist with routine administrative and clerical work as needed.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate brings strong guest-handling skills, clear communication, and a professional approach to front office work. Comfort with phone handling, basic computer use, data entry, and document management is important. The role also calls for strong organization, good time management, reliability, and the ability to stay effective in a busy environment. Experience in hospitality, front office, or another customer-facing role is a plus. English fluency is required, and Arabic language ability is an advantage.
