UPay Global Technology LLC is a rapidly expanding fintech business headquartered in Dubai. The company is seeking a polished, approachable Receptionist who can create a strong first impression for visitors and clients.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome visitors, clients, and business partners in a professional and courteous manner.
- Register guests and direct them to the appropriate department or contact person.
- Arrange meeting room reservations and support front-desk meeting coordination.
- Assist with routine administrative work such as document handling and office supply tracking.
- Keep the reception area neat, organized, and inviting throughout the day.
Requirements
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English and Russian, or English and Arabic, in both spoken and written form.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
- A friendly, confident, and service-focused attitude is expected.
- Should be able to manage multiple tasks and remain organized in a busy environment.
- Prior exposure to reception, hospitality, or customer service will be considered an advantage.
Package
The role comes with a competitive base salary, along with housing support and a meal allowance.
