About the Role
As a key member of Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, you will ensure that McDonald's restaurants in New Zealand always serve "The Best Coke" through our Quality Maintenance Program (QMP). Serving the Wellington or Christchurch regions, you will take charge of maintaining superior beverage quality, ensuring equipment reliability, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Regional Technical Manager, your role demands extensive regional travel, including approximately 52 overnight stays every six months. Accommodation and meals are fully covered by the company. Candidates must be able to work independently and autonomously, and consider whether frequent travel is suitable for them.
Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to scheduled customer appointments during QMP visits.
- Consistently enhance and maintain beverage quality standards.
- Ensure equipment servicing is completed within specified timelines.
- Maintain proactive communication with both internal teams and external customers.
- Carry out preventative maintenance and quality assurance inspections as per QMP guidelines.
- Resolve equipment issues on the first visit using only necessary and appropriate parts.
- Manage service vehicle inventory accurately, including spare parts.
- Record work time precisely through applicable time and attendance systems.
- Keep equipment inventory in restaurants updated.
- Comply with procedures related to rostering, time tracking, and parts management.
- Address outstanding goods receipts promptly and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
- Utilize SAP systems effectively to support operational needs.
Qualifications and Skills
- Energetic, motivated, and hardworking individual with excellent customer service skills.
- Holds a full, clean driver's license, qualifying for service across Lower North Island and South Island regions.
- Background in electrical and/or appliance repairs with a minimum qualification as an Electrical Appliance Serviceperson and possession of a current practicing license.
- Refrigeration experience is advantageous but not mandatory; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Must be an early starter and able to operate with autonomy.

Additional Information
