Overview
Join the Australian Taxation Office as a Property Services Officer, where you will play a vital role in supporting the management and operations of the national property portfolio. This position involves engaging with various stakeholders and contributing to improvements and administrative functions within the property teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support across multiple functions relating to ATO property portfolio management.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of business outcomes.
- Analyze information, respond to client inquiries, and offer informed advice using strong critical thinking and communication skills.
- Assist in project coordination, site activity scheduling, logistics, and overall business operations management.
- Manage multiple deadlines effectively while maintaining service orientation.
