Property Services Officer

Role Overview

We are inviting applications for Property Services Officer positions within our Property teams at the Australian Taxation Office (ATO). In this capacity, you will engage in diverse tasks supporting the effective management and delivery of functions related to the national ATO Property Portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

You will operate with a strong service orientation, contributing to coordination with stakeholders, advancing business processes, and delivering vital administrative support. Collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders is essential to achieve organizational objectives. You will utilize critical thinking and excellent communication skills to analyze data and respond effectively to client queries. Your duties will encompass aiding project execution, overseeing site coordination, facilitating scheduling and logistics, and managing multiple deadlines competently.

Positions may be assigned in Accommodation Strategy, Projects, or Business Management areas. These roles can be either permanent or temporary and are available across various locations including Adelaide, Albury, Box Hill (VIC), Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Dandenong, Gosford, Geelong, Hobart, Melbourne CBD, Moonee Ponds, Newcastle, Parramatta, Penrith, Sydney CBD, Townsville, Upper Mount Gravatt, and Wollongong.
