Role Overview

We seek our inaugural full-time Project Manager to join TripBooka. This unique opportunity offers a chance to define the project delivery framework as we expand. You will collaborate closely with the founders and coordinate efforts across Product, Engineering, Design, Customer Success teams, and external contractors to ensure projects are executed on schedule, within scope, and aligned with company strategy.
Your responsibilities will include planning, coordinating, and driving timely delivery of product and platform initiatives. You will establish project requirements, create roadmaps, manage schedules, resolve obstacles, and align stakeholders, playing a vital part in TripBooka's swift and effective execution.
Success in this role emphasizes clarity, maintaining momentum, and enabling teams to deliver exceptional results rather than introducing superfluous processes.
This is a full-time remote role for candidates based in the UK. While primarily remote, occasional visits to Newcastle upon Tyne for planning and team meetings are desired.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from start to finish.
  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and contractors.
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and eliminate blockers proactively.
  • Keep projects aligned with schedule, scope, and business priorities.
  • Facilitate planning sessions, sprint ceremonies, and meetings as needed.
  • Communicate updates clearly and maintain precise documentation.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
  • Develop scalable project management practices to support company growth.

Qualifications
