Responsibilities

• Gain comprehensive understanding of laundry and dry cleaning business.
• Oversee daily store functions to ensure smooth outlet operations.
• Engage with premium customers professionally, clearly communicating our unique offerings in the market.
• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers for lead conversion and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with operational and factory teams to maintain service quality and timely deliveries.
• Maintain transparent communication with clients about pricing, services, and estimated turnaround times.
• Ensure superior customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business.
• Handle billing, order entries, and generate basic reports for the store.
• Uphold store hygiene, discipline, and service quality according to company standard operating procedures.

Candidate Profile

• Basic proficiency in English and Hindi communication.
• Confidence in customer interaction and handling.
• Freshers who are eager to learn and manage daily store operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities.
• Experience or capability to perform outbound sales and convert leads.
• Fundamental computer literacy including billing software, CRM, WhatsApp, and Excel.
• Professionalism coupled with problem-solving aptitude.
