Role Overview

The Project Manager will oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring that cost, timelines, and performance goals are met effectively. Acting as the trusted security advisor for clients, this position drives long-term system strategies and guarantees compliance with client-specific contractual obligations. Collaboration across cross-functional teams including Design and Sales is essential to provide comprehensive end-to-end service from pre-sales to aftercare.

  • Ensure all projects undergo thorough technical reviews during design and commissioning phases.
  • Travel to client sites to foster relationships and support project needs.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Possession of recognized Project Management certifications.
  • Solid knowledge of enterprise-level access control systems for sales and design (non-technical depth), including familiarity with Lenel, S2, CCure, AMAG, ProWatch, Genetec.
  • Good understanding of enterprise-level CCTV and Video Management Systems such as Milestone, Genetec, and Avigilon.
  • Over 10 years of substantial experience in the electronic security sector.
  • Strong expertise with enterprise-level access control and CCTV systems.
  • Proven track record managing commercial and industrial projects.
  • Experience leading teams and coordinating engineering personnel.
  • Advanced skills in project and program management including planning, delivery, and customer interaction.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of project financials, cost control, and contract management.

Work Environment

The role is based in Frankfurt with expectations to be in the office approximately 20% of the time. The remainder of working hours will be spent remotely or at client sites, including extensive travel domestically and internationally, depending on business needs.
