GovCIO is seeking a Project Coordinator to join the PMO team supporting the HUD contract. This fully remote role is based in Washington, DC.

Understand financial and project management principles to develop budgets and project schedules aligning with requirements.
Manage cost estimation, monitor expenses, and control financial aspects of projects.
Track project progress and implement necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate efforts among departments to fulfill project objectives efficiently.
Maintain clear communication channels throughout the project team.
Participate in risk management activities as necessary.
Provide ongoing support addressing project demands and personnel issues.
Report on project status and updates to management regularly.
Organize logistics for meetings, conferences, trainings, and other events related to the project.
Schedule and prepare materials for project committee meetings including reports, presentations, and agendas.
Document key decisions and action items from meetings accurately.
Perform financial analyses such as forecasting and variance analysis.
Collect, compile, and present relevant data to inform project status.

Possess a Bachelor's degree with 0 to 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
Demonstrated knowledge of IT projects and willingness to learn new technologies.
Capability or certification in CAPM (PMI) is a plus.
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a HUD Public Trust clearance.

The salary range offered for this position is $60,000 to $72,000 per year.
