Role Overview
This role owns the full product journey for digital banking customer onboarding and profile management. The scope covers retail, SME, and corporate customers, starting from idea formation and product design through technical build, testing, launch, and ongoing enhancements after release.
Key Focus Areas
- Lead the complete lifecycle for onboarding and profile-management products across retail, SME, and corporate banking.
- Shape acquisition journeys that improve conversion and support the business objectives behind the relevant banking products.
- Work with internal business teams to streamline operating processes while making sure the product remains compliant with regulatory and control requirements.
- Coordinate the design and integration of connected banking platforms, including anti-money laundering, credit risk, deposit core, and loan core systems.
- Manage stakeholders, delivery timelines, project planning, progress tracking, and risk management throughout the initiative.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Strong capability in product design and structured problem-solving.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude and a collaborative mindset.
- Comfort working in fast-changing, dynamic environments.
- Prior technical exposure is an advantage.
