Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Designer to lead the design and development of products primarily within the Kitchen, Dining, and Entertaining categories. This role requires blending creativity with commercial understanding and technical skills to craft products that align with the brand’s identity while possessing strong market appeal and business value. The ideal candidate will not only generate innovative designs but also conduct market research, analyze consumer insights, and leverage competitive and forecasting data to shape impactful design directions.

This position demands an individual capable of articulating design concepts persuasively, influencing team decision-making, and driving successful product launches. The candidate must exhibit ownership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, confidently propose new ideas, challenge existing norms, and independently manage priorities and projects. Commitment to continuous improvement through adoption of process enhancements, AI, emerging technologies, and digital tools is also essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop innovative products guided by design briefs, brand strategy, and collaborative cross-functional inputs.
• Lead the design and development phases of products in the Kitchen, Dining, and Entertaining segments, including creating artworks, prototypes, and other deliverables.
• Incorporate brand signature patterns, textures, and elements thoughtfully to balance innovation, function, and commercial viability.
• Utilize digital design tools and hand sketching to communicate ideas effectively.
• Prepare detailed product development documentation such as Manufacturing Development Packages, Specifications, and Instructions.
• Collaborate closely with Product Development, Production, Quality teams, Vendors, and Agents to ensure fidelity of design execution during sampling and manufacturing.
• Manage multiple projects independently, adhering to timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate sample production and participate in factory sampling, product evaluation, training, and design review sessions.
• Continuously enhance knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and production techniques for application throughout development.
• Create photorealistic digital visual assets to support internal teams and product presentations.
