Role overview
His Majesty’s Prison and Probation Service is hiring Prison Officers for HMP Highpoint. This role offers a salary between £35,746 and £40,003 and gives you the chance to play a key part in public protection while supporting people in custody to make positive changes in their lives.

Working pattern
You must be available for different shifts, including weekends.
What the role involves
In this varied career, you may move between several responsibilities within the same day. At different times, you could be acting as a stabilising presence, offering guidance, or helping others learn and develop. You will work directly with prisoners in a secure setting, supporting rehabilitation while helping keep the public safe.
