Role Summary

The Prep Cook 2 joins the pre-opening culinary team at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea to support food preparation and uphold exemplary hygiene, quality, and kitchen organization. This entry-level role suits candidates launching their culinary careers within a luxurious hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean, peel, cut, measure, and prepare ingredients following precise recipes and menu requirements.
• Keep your assigned workstation neat, orderly, and well-stocked at all times.
• Assist chefs in meal production for your designated kitchen area and outlet.
• Adhere strictly to food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation protocols.
• Complete prep tasks timely while ensuring high quality standards are met.
• Label, date, and store food appropriately to maintain freshness and minimize waste.
• Support plating and garnishing processes as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of tools, equipment, and work surfaces throughout shifts.

Requirements

• Prior experience in kitchen operations or food preparation preferred; formal culinary education is advantageous.
• Proficient in knife skills and familiar with fundamental cooking techniques.
• Ability to meticulously follow instructions and recipes.
• Strong attention to detail with pride in producing quality work.
