Role Overview

We are offering an exciting position for an experienced Early Years Specialist to lead the Pre-School provision at St George's Church of England Primary School located in Bourton, North Dorset. This permanent, full-time role involves leading the Shining Stars Pre-School, part of the Pickwick Academy Trust, which provides nurturing care and education for children aged 2 to 5 years.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Pre-School team to deliver excellent early education.

  • Permanent contract, full-time (32.5 hours per week; Monday to Friday 8:30am to 3:30pm).
  • Term time only, 39 weeks per year.
