PMO Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced PMO Analyst to join a prominent financial services firm in Dublin City Centre on a 6-month day rate contract. This hybrid role supports the delivery of a major Payments Transformation Programme, offering excellent potential for contract extension.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and enforce PMO governance across a large-scale transformation initiative.
• Develop programme reports, dashboards, and provide updates to executives.
• Oversee RAID logs, track actions and dependencies, and maintain all programme documentation.
• Assist with project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial monitoring.
• Ensure adherence to governance protocols and delivery timelines across projects.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, delivery teams, and senior business stakeholders.
• Facilitate delivery within both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrable experience as a PMO Consultant within large-scale enterprise transformation programmes.
• Essential background in Payments and Banking sectors.
• Strong command of programme governance, reporting, and portfolio management practices.
• Proficient working knowledge of Clarity (PPM), QlikView, Coupa, and Power BI tools.
• Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall project delivery frameworks.
• Excellent skills in stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Experience in regulated financial services environments is highly preferred.
