Position Overview
We are assisting a medium-sized IT company in finding a dedicated professional to take charge of personnel management across all levels within the organization. The primary focus is on fostering employee retention, team harmony, and maintaining a motivated workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for personnel issues for every employee regardless of hierarchy.
- Promote strong employee engagement and a cooperative, productive team environment.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of three years’ experience in personnel development is essential.
