About the Role
TSE AG is expanding its team and is looking for a motivated person to join the staffing and scheduling function. The role is suited to someone who enjoys working with people, communicates confidently with a wide range of contacts, and would like to develop further within an experienced team.

Key Responsibilities
- Independently book, coordinate, and support technical staff assignments
- Create and monitor deployment schedules based on operational requirements
- Plan staffing with attention to economic efficiency
- Check invoices
- Maintain employee master data
Candidate Profile
- German language skills at least at B2 level
- Several years of experience in the event industry, ideally with completed training as an event management specialist and relevant technical knowledge
- Alternatively, several years of experience in event gastronomy along with relevant personnel-related expertise
- Strong planning and organizational abilities
- A collaborative, communicative personality
