About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Performance Specialist to join a client based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. This position requires a candidate with 2 to 4 years of proven expertise in managing paid marketing campaigns, especially for D2C brands and lead generation initiatives. The role is fully onsite and entails driving business growth through data-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategize, implement, and optimize paid marketing efforts on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Oversee full-cycle paid campaigns including audience segmentation, budget management, campaign creation, and performance enhancements.
- Boost online sales for direct-to-consumer brands and secure quality leads for service-oriented businesses.
- Expand campaigns delivering strong performance metrics while maintaining target ROAS, CPL, CPA, and CAC.
- Configure and maintain tracking setups involving GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking tools.
- Conduct A/B testing on various campaign elements such as creatives, ad copy, target audiences, and landing pages to increase effectiveness.
- Monitor campaign analytics and compile insightful reports recommending optimizations.
- Collaborate with content, creative, and design teams to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
- Keep abreast of the latest platform developments, trends, and best practices in digital marketing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing roles.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager platforms.
- Skilled in managing marketing campaigns specifically for D2C brands and lead generation efforts.
- Practical experience with GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, Google Ads conversion tracking, and campaign analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of Google Shopping, Search, Performance Max campaigns, Meta Advantage+ Shopping, and Lead Ads.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and budget management skills to maximize marketing ROI.
Preferred Skills
- Background in eCommerce-focused performance marketing is advantageous.
- Familiarity with server-side tracking techniques and attribution modeling.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and improving conversion rates (CRO).
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
